All products sold on this website are digital files delivered by instant download. No physical item will be posted to you. Upon completing payment, you will receive a secure download link to access your files.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the files for personal use only. You may not:

Pricing and Payment

Delivery

Digital files are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a secure download link. Download links are valid for a limited number of uses. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact me at [email protected] and I will resend your link promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we do offer a 24-hour goodwill refund if you change your mind before downloading your files. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are always entitled to a remedy.
