Return & Refund Policy

All products sold through Your Moment Matters by Jen are instant-download digital files. Because the files are delivered to you immediately upon purchase, returns work a little differently to physical goods — but I want you to feel completely confident every time you buy from me.

24-Hour Goodwill Refund

If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet downloaded your files, I'm happy to offer a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact me at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number and I'll process your refund promptly.

Please note: once your files have been downloaded, I'm unable to offer a refund under this goodwill policy. This is standard practice for digital products and is consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Corrupted Files

If your file arrives corrupted, incomplete, or is not as described on the product page, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, I will either:

  • Resend the correct file immediately, or
  • Offer a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Please contact me within 7 days of purchase if you experience any issues with your files. Include your order number and a description of the problem so I can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Wrong Product Purchased

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded your files, please contact me within 24 hours and I'll do my best to help — either by swapping your purchase to the correct product or issuing a refund so you can repurchase.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, is not fit for purpose, or is not as described — regardless of any other terms.
